About us

Two women. One very frustrating journey. A better clinic.

We started Yarrow in New York because we lived the other version first. The appointments where nobody looked at our labs. The platform that shipped a prescription in four minutes and then vanished. The advice to simply try harder.

We both went through the weight loss journey ourselves. What finally worked was unglamorous. A full panel of labs. A clinician who read them out loud with us. A plan that changed when our bodies did. Someone who answered when we had a question at 9pm on a Tuesday.

This clinic is not about selling you a medication. It is about understanding you well enough to care for you properly.

So we built the practice we needed, for women and for men, because the men in our lives were getting the same shrug from the same system. Everyone gets the full panel, the real conversation and the follow up.

We ask so we can confirm our clinicians are licensed where you live, and so we know which regions to open next. Your address is never shared.
